We have an 8 bag work station , which includes heavy bags upppercut hook and tear drop bags catering for all levels. 1 full size boxing ring and a smaller grappling ring.
Full jigsaw matted training area mirrored walls to watch your technique, A weights area including free weights and weight benches . Thai pad, kick shields and strentgh and a conditioning area , Parent and spectator room so you can sit and relax whilst trainingf is on , all this and more for your trainining at Strikeforce gym.
Trainers
Mark and his chosen group of dedicated instructors have over 90 years combined teaching experience, so at Strikeforce we are commited to what we do.
Mark had a 30 fight career, wining state and national titles along the way , furthering his knowledge, he decided early to go to Thailand to learn and fight .
Throughout his travels he built a fantastic rapore with great gyms in Bangkok, firstly Fairtex, then Eminent Air and to this day he still has connections with the later .
Meow was a former Mitusbish Champion and regular on TV7 Bangkok and at Lumpini Stadium, also helping in retirement at his former fighting gym Eminent Air, he has been a regular at Strikeforce every year since 2002

We have been lucky enough here to earn respect amongst the MuayThai community world wide, producing top rated fighters and being able to compete at the highest level. Not only have we fought here in Australia, but also in many countries along the way.
Some of the countries our fighters have competed in are New Zealand , Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, China, Hong Kong , Vanuatu, Abu Dhabi, England and France - So come along and give us a try, you wont be disappointed .
